Is tracking available?
- Generally, by default, tracking is available

Can I use Paypal to check out?
- Unfortunately, I've turned off that option due to my own aversion to PayPal. If it's your only form of payment, I suggest you buy from my Etsy instead!
How long would it take you to package and ship out once the order is placed?
Orders will be shipped out every 2-3 weeks.
Are refunds and returns allowed?
- Unless the package gets lost or the item came in damaged, I do not accept either.
Please make sure that you understand the risk of it before placing an order.
Why is shipping to the EU available?
-Yes! But I won't be collecting VAT so you'll have to pay the difference when it hits customs. If you'd like to avoid the surprise & additional hassle, please order from my Etsy.
How long does it take to deliver once shipped out?
- Please expect the delivery to take from 1-4 weeks. It might take longer if it's international.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! Asides from the following countries: ANGUILLA, BELIZE, BOLIVIA, BRUNEI, DOMINICA, FALKLAND ISLANDS, HONDURAS, KOREA NORTH DEM REP, LAO, LIBYA, MONTSERRAT, PITCAIRN ISLAND, SAINT KITTS & NEVIS, SUDAN, TIMOR-LESTE, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, TRISTAN DA CUNH, TURKMENISTAN, TUVALU, UNITED KINGDOM*, VENEZUELA, VIRGIN
