Is tracking available?
- Generally, by default, tracking is unavailable for all non-flat items (acrylics, buttons, etc)

How long would it take you to package and ship out once the order is placed?
Orders will be shipped out every 2-3 weeks.
Are refunds and returns allowed?
- Unless the package gets lost or the item came in damaged, I do not accept either.
Please make sure that you understand the risk of it before placing an order.
Why is shipping to the EU unavailable?
- The new GPSR law was passed earlier this year, making it unviable for many small businesses to continue taking orders from those respective countries.
- If you only order FLAT ITEMS (prints, stickers, pocas), then you'll be able to order from here! Otherwise, please order from my Etsy.
How long does it take to deliver once shipped out?
- Please expect the delivery to take from 1-4 weeks. It'll take longer if it's international.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! Asides from the following countries: ANGUILLA, BELIZE, BOLIVIA, BRUNEI, DOMINICA, FALKLAND ISLANDS, HONDURAS, KOREA NORTH DEM REP, LAO, LIBYA, MONTSERRAT, PITCAIRN ISLAND, SAINT KITTS & NEVIS, SUDAN, TIMOR-LESTE, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, TRISTAN DA CUNH, TURKMENISTAN, TUVALU, UNITED KINGDOM*, VENEZUELA, VIRGIN
I cannot sell non-flat items to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations as of 02.11.25
